Introduction to Rocky Mountain Powder
Calgary - Banff - Sunshine Village - Lake Louise - Golden - Revelstoke - Nelson - Rossland - Fernie
Skiing is not all there is to do in winter. With up to twenty feet of snow, in places, the country is transformed in to an activity playground. Waterfalls, mountains and lakes take on a serene majesty. This tour offers the fully guided and instructed activities of snowmobiling, dog sledding, ice climbing, cross country skiing, and snow shoeing. Snow shoeing might not be your bag but, as a means of access to a natural hot spring, you might review that – especially when your body needs a little therapy from all the activity. Canadian winters are so much fun.
Our selected activities are based around a ski holiday. With small numbers of skiers to each guide (up to 7 people) we can accomplish a lot! You do not have to train at the gym for weeks before hand to enjoy this tour and there is skiing for the not so brave heart types wherever we go. But accomplished skiers will get the maximum benefit from the more challenging terrain and powder conditions.
